Lawyer graduated from the University of Zulia (LUZ). Holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law, with a thesis recognized for publication. Certified as an International Arbitrator by the International Center for Conciliation (United States) and listed as an arbitrator for the Florida Court System (United States), qualified to peacefully resolve disputes through dialogue. She is also a Neuro-Power Coach certified by the International Institute of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Spain), with over 20 years of experience in negotiation and conflict resolution in the Zulia region. Currently, she is a national and international speaker.

Author of the book Conflict Resolution, published in four editions (2005 and 2010), the first two by El Nacional, both achieving record sales in the country. The third edition was published in 2015 and the fourth in 2018, both under the Lucy Amado brand. In 2019, the English version titled Conflict Resolution was released.

Another one of her literary works is the book It’s a Matter of Success and Being Happy, published in 2018 by the Lucy Amado brand. She is also the author of Possible Management, published in 2019 by the same brand.

Her most recent publication is aimed at children, marking her entry into the children’s market with the book The Worst/Best Day of Tomás, published in 2021 and later translated into English as The Worst/Best Day of Tomas, released in 2022, both under the Lucy Amado brand.

She is an international columnist for websites, digital magazines, and specialized blogs in the fields of negotiation, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and motivational and managerial topics. She is also the co-author of Time for Mediation, Leadership, and Action for Change, among other books.

Lucy Amado has a website, www.lucyamado.com, where she offers a continuous education program through Master Classes. Likewise, on her YouTube channel Lucy Amado, she shares audiovisual content specialized in negotiation, conflict resolution, emotional management, motivation, and leadership topics.

Internationally, she stood out by applying her skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, female empowerment, and coaching, particularly in the training of Alina Akselrad (Miss Universe Argentina 2020) for the Miss Universe Argentina organization, preparing her for the international platform.

She carries out her social project as President of the Lucy Amado Foundation (Fundala), promoting multiple social programs in various areas (health, sports, environment, culture, and education) with the purpose of instilling a culture of peace to foster sustainable development in communities.

She is a recipient of the Mara de Oro award as an outstanding Venezuelan coach with great international projection, and the Mara de Platino award for her distinguished career as a specialist in management, conflict resolution, and negotiation.

Lucy Amado is also the winner of the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi Award in the category of research and communication.

As a management coach, she has stood out in major companies across the country through her consulting in negotiation and conflict management. She has also developed as a speaker in the management field and as a Life Empowerment Coach, achieving personal and professional transformation and success.

She has delivered her conference “The Success Plane: Destination—Transform Your Life,” providing pageant contestants with tools for conflict and emotional management, enabling women from Zulia to stand out in beauty contests at both the national and international level in the area of knowledge.

She has also excelled in the empowerment of women in beauty pageants, providing them with various tools that, through coaching, have allowed them to achieve their goals and objectives in all areas of their lives. All of this has been made possible through the Comprehensive Woman Training Program, in which each contestant has had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Since 2017, the coach has participated in the Miss Zulia Organization and the International Fair of La Chinita Organization. She has also been part of “El Concurso by Osmel Sousa Zulia” alongside the renowned Beauty Czar and Mrs. Roberta de Blasio for two years, contributing to the training and selection of beauty contestants, which has led to successes at the regional, national, and international levels.
